The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Services. deei11 does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21. The Platform is directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — will be merged or closed, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process via the deei11 Login page, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred contact number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify deei11 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. deei11 will treat any activity carried out using your username and password as having been authorised by you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify deei11 support immediately via live chat so that the Account can be secured.

deei11 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. Providing false, altered, or third-party documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
Each bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet address may be registered to only one deei11 Account. Deposits from a payment method registered to a different Account will be returned less any applicable processing fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction and may be adjusted by deei11 without prior notice. All IDR deposits are credited to your Account at the prevailing exchange rate displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit confirmation.
Deposits made via Indonesian local banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (typically 1 confirmation for TRC20, 12 confirmations for ERC20). deei11 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network, banking system outages, or blockchain congestion.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit into your Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. deei11 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for e-wallet and local bank channels during normal operating conditions; processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays including Idul Fitri, or where additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may be updated periodically. deei11 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where necessary for fraud-prevention and liquidity-management purposes. In such cases, the Player will be notified, and the full amount will be disbursed within a reasonable timeframe.
All funds deposited into your deei11 Account must originate from a payment source legally owned and operated by you. deei11 implements transaction monitoring to detect deposits inconsistent with a Player's stated source of funds. Where deei11 has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds derive from unlawful activity, the Account will be suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate compliance team pending investigation.
deei11 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game categories, and time limit are stated on the promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories (typically low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling the wagering requirement; the contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
deei11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation:
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the time stated in the promotion's specific terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically. Real Money deposited alongside a bonus is not affected by bonus expiry.
deei11 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any Player from a particular promotion at its sole discretion, including where the Player's betting patterns are inconsistent with genuine recreational play. deei11 may also modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the promotion page.
deei11 provides access to games and betting markets sourced from internationally licensed studios and data providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others. Game availability may vary and deei11 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game or market from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform, including rules governing bet settlement, void bets, match abandonment, and mix parlay (accumulator) calculations. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of deei11's sportsbook team is final, subject to the formal dispute process set out in Clause 6.5 below. Odds for BRI Liga 1 fixtures, international competitions including the EPL, La Liga, and Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia matches are updated in real time; the odds accepted at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds for that wager.
Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. deei11's live betting platform may suspend markets at any time during a live event; any bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and no funds deducted. Connectivity issues on the Player's device or internet connection do not constitute grounds for a bet to be cancelled after confirmation.
Where a game outcome, odds quote, or payout is displayed as a result of a manifest technical error or human error (a "palpable error"), deei11 reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and return stakes to Players. deei11 will notify affected Players as soon as reasonably practicable. No Player shall be entitled to winnings that result solely from a palpable error.
Any dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement must be raised with deei11 customer support within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. deei11 will aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. The Player accepts that deei11's decision, once delivered after investigation, is final and binding.
deei11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players manage their gambling activity. The Platform enforces a minimum age of 21+ without exception. Players may access deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, voluntary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion at any time from their Account dashboard. All content on the deei11 Platform — including but not limited to the deei11 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is licensed to the Company by third-party rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of deei11. Any unauthorised use of the Company's intellectual property may result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to legal action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the deei11 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
While deei11 targets a 99.9% uptime SLA, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. deei11 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. deei11 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability, including loss of anticipated winnings during a downtime period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, deei11's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Services shall be limited to the amount of Real Money funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises. deei11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Games and betting markets on the Platform are provided by third-party studios and data providers. deei11 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating with third-party content providers. Where a third-party game error results in an incorrect payout, deei11 will work with the relevant studio to resolve the matter and will apply the palpable error provision in Clause 6.4.
deei11 may suspend or place restrictions on an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, where KYC verification is outstanding, where unusual transaction patterns are detected, or where required by any applicable law or regulatory obligation. During a suspension, the Account Balance is held securely and will be returned to the Player if the matter is resolved in their favour.
deei11 may permanently close an Account where a Player has materially breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false identity information, engaged in fraud or money laundering, or repeatedly violated the Platform's fair-play policies. Upon closure for cause, deei11 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and to forfeit Bonus Funds in all circumstances.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, you are encouraged to withdraw your full Balance. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon request, subject to a fresh KYC review.
deei11 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties but may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform.
deei11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud risk. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits deei11's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to Players resident in Indonesia under Indonesian law.
